In another realm known as C.E.R, those known as the "Creators" harbor a great power within themselves. This power, however, overwhelmed the Creators and eventually destroyed them. But not before they unleashed them onto the world, breaking down the powers so that whoever they entered would not be overwhelmed by it. In breaking down their own powers they multiplied, entering more beings and creatures. Thus, the Creators disappeared, living on only in stories.

Now, in this world where time is spread out, live those known as Descendants who hold the power left behind by the creators. But the world is not safe for the Descendants. Those who fear them, hate them, known as Purgers, wish to eliminate them all. In a way, it's a war.
